Step by Step:

1. Wash: Cleanse your hair with a Deep Cleansing Shampoo of your choice.
2. Dry: Use a towel or dryer to dry your hair until slightly damp.
3. Divide and Apply: Section the hair and apply Forest Protein with a brush. Use a fine comb to distribute the product evenly, strand by strand, avoiding excess and keeping at least 1cm from the root.
4. Process: Allow the product to act for 20 to 50 minutes. For extremely curly hair, a minimum of 45 minutes is recommended.
5. Rinse: Rinse the hair without completely removing the product.
6. Blow-Dry: Smoothly blow-dry using a hairdryer and brush. For curly roots, use a circular brush to stretch the strands well.
7. Flat Iron: Flat iron each strand up to 10 times. Use professional-grade tools for stable temperature. For blonde hair, do not exceed 200°C (392°F) to prevent color oxidation.
8. Cool Down: Let the hair cool.
9. Rinse and Dry: Rinse hair and blow-dry.
10. Final Flat Iron: Flat iron each strand up to 10 times again.
